Boon Loyalty is incredibly user-friendly. There are two easy ways to join Boon Loyalty.
- If you prefer a physical membership card, you can visit any one of our partners’ physical stores and request a membership card at checkout. The store staff will set up an account for you using your email and phone number.
- If you want to shop online or view your points balance and available offers, visit one of our partners’ websites. On the right side of the store’s website, you will see the Boon Loyalty widget icon. Click on it to log into your account or register an account with us and your Boon Loyalty account is automatically created.

Account and Membership
To view your Boon Loyalty member profile and rewards history, follow these steps:
- Visit the website of any affiliated store.
- Log in or register using the email address associated with your Boon Loyalty membership.
- In the Boon Loyalty widget, click the human icon in the top right corner to access your profile and reward history.
We’re glad you’re already part of the club!
If you are a registered user with our affiliated stores, you will automatically start to collect points.
Your Boon Loyalty membership information is simply the information you used to make the account with your store.
Note: If you recently signed up online at one of our affiliated stores, please verify your email address with the store and look out for an account activation email from Boon Loyalty. Once you’re signed in online with our affiliated stores, you’re automatically signed into Boon Loyalty. Start collecting points!
Since your Boon Loyalty account is linked with the online store account, you may reset your password through the store website.
Click on the “Lost Your Password” link on the login page and follow the provided instructions to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.
Yes, you can use your Boon Loyalty account at any store where the Boon Loyalty Program is available.
Simply create an account with the same email address from the first affiliated store website you used to log in to the Boon Loyalty widget to access your Boon member profile, rewards, and offers.
Earn and Redeem Points
- Online (at affiliated store websites)
- Log into your Boon Loyalty account and select from the Rewards and Offers available on your profile.
- In Store (at affiliated store locations)
- At checkout, provide your email or phone number, or ask staff to scan your membership card, and they’ll assist you with redeeming your points.
Log in to your account on our affiliated store websites, and once logged in, you will see your rewards, offers, and personalized promotions all in one place on the widget dashboard.

Yes, your points and rewards will be visible and accessible across all affiliated stores.
Register / log in to any of the affiliated store websites with your Boon Loyalty email address to view and redeem your rewards.
To redeem your points online:
- Register / log in to any affiliated store website with your Boon Loyalty email address.
- Browse the available rewards and select what you’d like to redeem.
- Complete the redemption process as directed on the website.
To redeem your points in store:
- Provide the store staff with one of your Boon Loyalty account information (email address or phone number or membership card or digital QR code).
- The staff at the store will assist you with redeeming your points at checkout.
